Data Deletion
What deletion means at Flostac
When you request deletion, we permanently remove from our systems within 30 days:
- Your account record (email, name, hashed password)
- All contacts, tasks, notes, and tags you created
- All connected-platform tokens (Facebook, Google, etc.) — these are also revoked at the source
- All synced campaign data, insights, leads, and action logs tied to your workspace
- Any media you uploaded
Encrypted off-site backups are rotated within 30 additional days, after which deletion is irreversible. We may retain minimum required records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes only.
If you connected a Facebook Business Account
You can revoke Flostac's access from Facebook directly:
- Open Facebook Settings → Business Integrations
- Find “Flostac” in the list
- Click Remove
This revokes the access token immediately. Existing data already imported into Flostac is removed when you complete the account deletion form below.

Send a deletion request to team.flostac@gmail.com from the email address tied to your account. We'll confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
