01.What's the difference between Starter, Pro, Agency, and Scale?
Contact storage, active workflows, and access to advanced nodes. Starter is for a solo marketer running their first paid campaign — 1k contacts, 3 workflows. Pro adds WhatsApp sequences and 5k contacts. Agency unlocks unlimited workflows, AI nodes, and round-robin assignment — built for teams shipping leads at volume. Scale is custom — SLAs, SSO, dedicated workflows. The workflow canvas itself is the same across all four.
02.Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrade is instant — limits expand the moment the payment clears. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose days you've already paid for. No retention calls, no negotiation needed.
03.Do you charge per user / per seat?
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members. We don't believe in penalizing growth — adding your fifth or fifteenth salesperson shouldn't multiply your bill. All seats get the full workspace, full pipelines, full inbox.
04.How does WhatsApp Business API pricing work?
WhatsApp charges Meta directly per conversation (utility, marketing, authentication templates have separate rates by country). Flostac passes those through at cost — we add no markup, no platform fee on top. You see the per-conversation cost in your dashboard before you send, so there's never a surprise on the invoice.
05.What about AI node costs — do I pay extra?
Bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic key. You pay those providers directly at their published rates — Flostac doesn't take a cut. The AI node in Flostac is just the wiring: prompt, response, branch. We log every run so you can audit cost per lead.
06.Is there a free trial?
14 days, no credit card, full Agency tier. Workflows, AI nodes, WhatsApp sequences, all integrations — everything unlocked so you can stress-test the platform on real traffic. After 14 days the workspace downgrades to read-only until you pick a plan, so you don't lose data.
07.Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — 20% off when you pay yearly. Pick monthly or annual at signup and toggle any time from billing settings. Annual downgrades still let you use the workspace through the period you've paid for.
08.What happens if I exceed my plan's contact or workflow limit?
Capture and send never hard-stops on the spot — you get a soft warning at 80% and 100% of the cap. Workflows keep running for a 7-day grace period so your in-flight campaigns don't break mid-sequence. Upgrading is one click from the warning banner.
09.Which currencies do you support?
INR by default, billed from an Indian entity with GST invoice. USD billing is available — switch at signup or from billing settings any time. Card and UPI both supported on INR; card only on USD. Cancel anytime, prorated refund on annual plans.
10.What about refunds?
Monthly plans: cancel any time, no charge for the next cycle. Annual plans: prorated refund for unused full months. We process refunds within 5 business days — no retention call required, no exit interview.
