Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account on Flostac (operated by MarkOne Media — markone-media.com, India), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to account holders before they take effect.

2. The service

Flostac is a customer-relationship and ad-management platform for marketing agencies. It lets you manage contacts, view ad performance metrics, and (when you connect a Facebook Business Account or similar platform) act on those campaigns from inside the app.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that happens under your account. If you discover unauthorized access, email us immediately at team.flostac@gmail.com.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization (if you sign up on behalf of one) to these terms.

4. Your data, your responsibility

You retain ownership of all data you upload — contacts, notes, lead lists, and creative assets. We process that data only as needed to operate the features you use. See our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import each contact (consent under applicable privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, India's DPDP Act). Flostac does not vet your contact lists.

5. Connected platforms

When you connect Facebook, Google, or another platform, you are granting Flostac permission to call those platform APIs on your behalf within the scopes you authorize. We act under your direction; we do not modify campaigns, change budgets, or send messages without an action you initiate (or a rule you configured).

You can revoke access at any time from inside Flostac or from the connected platform's security settings. Revocation immediately disables the integration; existing imported data remains in your workspace until you delete it.

Your use of the connected platforms is also governed by their terms (Meta Platform Terms, Google API Services Terms, etc.). Comply with theirs as well as ours.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

Send unsolicited messages, spam, or content that violates any applicable telemarketing or anti-spam law
Upload content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or harmful
Reverse-engineer the service, scrape it, or run automated tools against it beyond the documented APIs
Use Flostac to harass any person or to discriminate based on protected characteristics
Resell access to Flostac without our written agreement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that put the service or other users at risk.

7. Pricing & billing

Plans, pricing, and any free-trial terms are described on our pricing page or in your invoice. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen interval. Taxes are added where applicable. We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.

We do not provide refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where reasonable. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flostac and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for more than 12 months. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted as described in our Data Deletion policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
